Austin Raindrop Turkish house sponsored Annual Noah’s Pudding Festival, Saturday, December 10th. Other sponsors included the Institute of Interfaith Dialog and the Turkish American Women Association (TAWA). 

Visitors had a chance to witness rich cultural heritage from Turkey.

The fair included activities, food, live music, demonstrations of the Turkish art of water marbling; unique Turkish handicrafts-- Oriental rugs, ceramics, pottery, bags, traditional jewelry, clothing, decorative pillows, throws, towels, woven textile products, and more.

Visitors to the festival enjoyed culinary treats from Turkey; including kabobs, doner, vegetable and meat dishes, salads, borek, baklava, Turkish delight, as well as Turkish coffee.

The president of the Institute of Interfaith Dialog, Guner Aslan gave a speech on the tradition of  Noah,s Pudding during the fair. (December 10, 2011 Austin, Texas)
