Cooking Class attendees enjoyed the Cooking Classes with another fun and educational class

cookingclassAdvanced Turkish Classes started on 21st January for spring semester. Our cook was Gulzire for our first class. She presented us how to cook Manti and roasted red pepper salad. She showed us to two ways of making manti, flat and stuffed. All of our attendants actively participated and had chance to make little packets of manti. After all hard work we did altogether, we had a great lunch with friendly atmosphere.

Here are some comments of our attendants :

"Everything was excellent! The food was wonderful and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I learned a lot. Thank you!"

"Amazing, Delicious... I love coming every time!"

"This was a great lesson! I liked learning the two versions for the manti: flat and stuffed. Thank you!"

Hope we will have a great four more classes altogether this semester.
