1 lb ground beef, 1 onion 2 slice of white bread, 1 tea spoon cumin 1 Turkish tea spoon black pepper ½ cup unsalted peeled pistachio ½ cup walnut, 1 table spoon pepper paste Salt and 2 piece of Turkish filo dough Preparation: Take the ground beef in a large mixing bowl Add small pieces of white bread and chopped pistachios and chopped walnuts. Lastly add salt, cumin and black pepper and little oil to soften the mixture. Mix the beef mixture 5 minutes and spread the one of the filo dough onto counter and make it wet with the help of a brush. Fold the filo from one edge to the other. Roll the beef mixture and put inside the filo dough and roll it very tight. Cut rolled filo and put them in shish sticks. Put the sticks in greased cooking tray and cook in 420 F until it get goldish brown color. |
