| CEZERYE WITH CARROT |
INGREDIENTS: 1 lb. carrot ½ cup of sugar 1 and ½ package petit beaure biscuit (Turkish brand can be found in Phoenicia ULKER) ½ cup walnut Coconut for topping PREPARATION: Carrot is shredded and is put in a saucepan, half cup of sugar is added and they are cooked until carrot is soft. Meanwhile, the biscuits and walnuts are crushed, and mixed together. Cooked carrot is added and all ingredients are mixed together. A small ball shape is given and rolled in the coconut.
